What is the rebill (rental) fee?
Sign post rebill (extended service period) – $7.99/month (Standard/Bronze) or $6.99/month (Silver/Gold).

Service Fees & Maintenance
What is the 7-day No Lean Guarantee?
If the post is leaning or the sign fell off within the first 7 days of install we will repair at no charge. After 7 days, normal service fees apply.

How much to add/remove/change a panel or rider?
Add/Remove/Change Panel or Rider – $39.00 (Standard/Bronze/Silver) or $30.00 (Gold).
What is the damaged/broken post fee?
Damaged or broken post fee – $85.00.
What is the missing post fee?
Missing post fee – $125.00. If the post is located later we will credit 80% of the fee. Dual missing posts fee – $250.00.
What if I lose a rented rider?
One missing rented rider – $25.00. Two missing rented riders – $50.00.
How much for damaged rider clips?
One damaged clip – $10.00. Two damaged clips – $20.00.
What is the trip fee when next day is required?
Trip Fee with Next Day – $125.00.
What is the standard trip charge?
Trip charge for additional trips or services – $35.00.

Yes. Removal of a non-NEST post – $45.00.
