2. Services Provided

North East Sign Tracker, Inc. provides:

Real estate sign post installation

Sign panel printing and storage

Online ordering and job tracking via SignTraker

Service areas: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine

3. Account Registration and Consent

Users must register and be approved before placing orders.

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from North East Sign Tracker regarding service status, scheduling, billing, and promotional offers.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Orders and Cancellations

All sign post installation orders must be submitted via our SignTraker system.

Orders require 24 business hours’ notice.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to avoid fees.

Rush and weekend orders may incur additional charges.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is available inside your SignTraker portal.

We accept major credit cards. Invoicing is available for approved brokerages.

Payment terms are net 14 unless otherwise specified.

6. Equipment and Inventory

Posts are owned by North East Sign Tracker and provided as part of your service fee.

Panels and riders are the property of the agent or brokerage unless otherwise noted.

Storage and tracking are available for agent-owned signs; additional fees may apply.

We are not liable for missing or damaged panels once installed on-site.

7. Installation and Removal

Posts will be installed at the requested address based on instructions provided in the order form.

Installers may adjust placement based on site conditions or safety.

Posts will be removed within 3–5 business days after a removal request is submitted.

8. Promotions and Offers

Promotional offers (e.g. free first install) are for new agents only and require account registration and approval.

Offers are not transferable and may change without notice.

9. Messaging Policy

By subscribing to updates or using our services:

You consent to receive SMS communications related to scheduling, service status, and promotions.

Message frequency depends on your activity and communication preferences.

You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP.

10. Limitation of Liability

North East Sign Tracker is not responsible for:

Service delays due to weather or inaccessible properties.

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of these terms.
